I am a painter and sculptor with a background in illustration and art fabrication. Born and raised in Southern California, my work has been exhibited in galleries throughout the region. My art reflects my lifelong fascination with folklore and nature. Drawing from medievalist fantasies and botanical patterns of the Art Nouveau movement, I prefer to work directly from imagination. I seek to blur the line between the familiar and the otherworldly, inviting viewers to feel empathy for alien things.
